Résidence Louzani

The residence is very nice and the apartment big, with all commodities. It is located three minutes walk to the Essaouira beach and ten to the Medina. It is a perfect choice to relax, chill and enjoy of this beautiful city. The residence has also a wonderful rooftop where you can see the sunset.

Exactly what we were looking for: quiet and next to the beach. The building has a nice rooftop with cactus, plants and long chairs. The place was super clean and they change towels everyday. We certainly recommend this place.

Birmingham

We stayed for one night to check out Essaouira at this apartment location. We were not disappointed, a nice clean place with all the amenities though lacking a lift).The rooms are serviced and cleaned well and it is minutes away from the main beach with the corniche/promenade area. A walk to the medina and the ramparts took 15-20 minutes.There are local shops eateries next to the residenceThe reception staff were kind, polite and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend a stay in these apartments.

Very close to the beach and a short stroll from the centre. Apartment was clean and spacious. All amenities were there. Ideal if you go kite surfing in Essaouira.Some decent shops / restaurants around the corner as well

Tel Aviv

Positives - great location close to the beach and medina. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Wonderful rooftop with views and sunbeds. Very good price!Negatives - staff seemed to be a bit incompetent. No services at all (it's just an apartment block). Bathroom was not in good condition.Be careful, they don't accept credit cards even though they claim the opposite online.

Fantastic place. All very clean. Very comfortable beds. Next to the beach and not very far from Medina. Owner is very helpful. Terrace has nice direct view of the beach.They clean the rooms and change towels every day.

North Rhine-Westphalia

Looking for a nice place to spend the last days of our holiday by the seaside we found this great apartment hotel and it was an excellent choice! Travelling by rental car a big plus compared to a guesthouse inside the Medina was the parking right in front of the house - and as mentioned in other reviews, our car also got cleaned. What a nice service! But of course parking is not everything: it is also really well located in the middle of the large beach, just cross the beachside road and you are there. Surfing schools nearby or within 10 minutes of walking. In the evening we enjoyed a walk by the beach into the old town (medina) which took no more than 15 minutes. Small shops close-by for breakfast, snacks and drinks; good restaurants were also not far away. But maybe the greatest thing about this place is the amazing shared roof terrace with beautiful sunset views! In your back you can hang your beachwear to dry while enjoying an amazing view to the front. The apartment itself (we had a small on the first floor for 2 adults and a child) is spacious and well furnished. We found all we needed in the kitchen and the friendly host Zacharia even helped us out with some sugar/salt. The top priority of the house seemed to be cleanliness, the apartment was thoroughly cleaned every day including our breakfast plates we had not had time to take care of... Would stay again any time if we manage to return to Essouira!

Budapest

Rooms, kitchen and beds were great, as expected, and as seen on the pics. Did research, read the reviews, no surprise there, I knew it is going to be excellent. What was indeed a very positive experience above it all, the staff and owner's friendly and professional attitude. Our greeting, help with the luggages (no elevator), with parking, they reserved a spot for us on the street knowing that we arrive by car, furthermore, we had our car washed by next morning. It was extremely dirty, wanted to wash it anyways before returning our rental, so they did us a huge favour, saving us time running aroung for a carwash. The did so without asking, and without knowing we would tip them or not. For this gesture, two thumbs up for Hotel Louzani!!!

We spent two days, one night at the apartment on the third floor (303 if I remember) earlier this week. It is spacious, extremely clean, has a bedroom with a small balcony, a kitchen connected with another room, with two more beds, and a nice bathroom. Beds were clean and comfortable, and we had enough blankets for a bit cold night. The kitchen has all you need for a longer stay (fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, teapot, dishes etc), we used none, but they looked operable. The bathroom is spacious, with enough towels,it has a shower, there was always hot water, and we asked for soap and got it in 5 minutes. The nice man who gave us the keys and showed us around (I am not sure is he the owner, or the manager, he lives in the building) offered the hairdryer. He was extremely polite and helpful, and the rest of the staff too. We had some problem with transportation, and waited for the driver who was very late, and a young man who was at the entrance called our hotel in Marrakech, and helped us sort everything out. And yes, there is a beautiful big terasse at the fooftop, with chairs and lounges, and perfect ocean view, but we had no time to enjoy there. The location is great, 5 min walk to the beach, another 5-10 min to Medina. I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

Coventry

We visited essaouira from Marrakesh for 3 nights and stayed here location was excellent staff were really friendly and helpfulWe had wifi in our rooms and a small balcony that overlooked the sea. There is a rooftop terrace with chairs and loungers Very good Italian restaurant next door called gustos

Wirral

A fabulous place to stay with exceptional staff who went out of their way to help. The security guard came to the bus station just as we were leaving on the bus for Marrakech to pass our boarding cards which we forgot to pick up from Zakaria who had kindly printed them out for us. Thank you to the staff. The spacious and clean apartment has amazing views of the beach and sunset as does the roof terrace. The apartment is minutes from the beach and a short walk along the promenade to the Medina. There is shop next door which sells alcohol and further round a good selection of food places. I would highly recommend the apartments.

What a fantastic apartment to stumble upon! Spotlessly clean and great location, seconds from the beach and a 10/15 mins promenade stroll to the Medina. Extremely friendly hosts, and excellent price. All in all a lovely stay.

Portsmouth

The apartment could not be more conveniently placed and the host Zakaria was very helpful and accommodating. There is always someone to welcome you at the entrance and hep with luggage or shopping bags.There is a fabulous roof terrace to sunbathe on and enjoy the beach view and sunset.Cleaning is regular with daily towel changes.All in all a great place to stay

I had 7 nights in the residence and it was lovely and warm experience. The apartment get clean every day, close the beach and the city centre. Close shops and restaurants. It was a nice time. And 100% i will back again Thanks for the staff.

Portsmouth

A lovely four day break. The one bed apartment (203) was spacious with twin beds in bedroom and in main room with room divider, allowing privacy. It was immaculate with the cleaner coming in everyday. The proximity to the medina along the seafront only 10 min stroll and restaurants just around the corner.Zachariah was a very attentive host and nothing was too much trouble.Would most definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Luang Prabang

Grand apartments let down by its high rating. Booked three months in advance for three nights as a special retreat after four weeks of travelling in Morocco with a garuntee from the owner we had the best apartment with views. Unfortunately we had one night in one room downstairs then we were moved to one above , this was an inconvenience and not how we booked , i assume this is the owners privalige rather than a guests priority, basically this is unheard of in the Accommodation Industry . Your room is NOT garunteed at Residence Louzani. The wifi is 4g and drops out at peak times and is very unreliable ...The apartment is excellent , incredibly clean , has everything you need and within walking distance to beach and Medina with lots of local shops and restaurants. The owner is helpful and is available ..lives on premises . The caretaker is full time and helpful as well and every day the rooms are cleaned . Perfect for a long term stay if you wish to be self sufficient, a real home.

Stanmore

Zakaria was very friendly and provided us some tips on local places to visit. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was only a minute from the beach and 20mins from the airport. The medina is 7mins walk. Lots of small shops and cafes/restaurants nearby. V good wifi connection even on the terrace. The terrace is amazing! You get a view of the whole city and the beach from there. We're definitely going to come back again.

Community of Madrid

This is a great place to stay. The rooftop terrace has a nice view, it's a few minutes walk from the beach, and the proprietor is incredibly nice. He had many suggestions for us on our first day, providing us with a map and suggestions on places to eat around town as well as places to avoid. We had an entire apartment with a kitchen equip with a refrigerator, dishes, range, toaster, hot pot, juicer, and I'm sure many other gadgets. I struggled with whether to give Residence Louzani a rating of excellent, but the balcony door was not secure because the door would not lock. We mentioned the problem with the balcony door and the proprietor came to look at it, but when he couldn't fix it he said it was safe since we were on an upper floor. We expressed our continued concern and he mentioned he would have someone look at it the following day, but nothing was ever done. Overall we had a great experience and felt welcome. There was someone downstairs in the room adjacent to the front desk throughout the day and late at night. Someone also came every day to straighten up while we were out during the day. There's a restaurant next door with great Italian food which serves alcohol and a very small local shop at the opposite end of the street where you can buy a delicious breakfast and coffee for a very reasonable price. Ask for the omelet, it's amazing.

Geneva

great place for the family trip in Essaourira. within the 10 minutes walking distance from the tourist attractions. rooms and property are extremely well cleaned and maintained. furnitures and facilities are rather old and somewhat outdated.

Nice location, just 10-15 min to Medina, 2 min to the beach, several food option on the street. The apartment is clean, kitchen is well equipped, the personnel is easily reachable and very helpful.

The property is away from the main central area, but nearby are several small shops for fruit etc, an excellent cheap and cheerful fish restaurant, a small but well stocked wine and spirits shop and several cafes.

This place was super clean and comfortable. The staff and owner were helpful and kind. The apartment has great sea views and was cleaned daily. Cafes and shops on corner. Best place that we stayed in morroco.

The location was exactly as stated and perfect for beach and town. The apartment was light, spacious and immaculately clean…and cleaned daily! The view from the terrace is awesome. The management and staff were so lovely and helpful. They could not have done more more for us to ensure that our stay was excellent. We highly recommend.

We loved our stay here and would definitely come back next time we're in Essaouira. Amazing rooftop with seating and loungers and a spectacular view of the beach. No better place to watch the sunset! The apartment was spacious with great natural lighting, well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, full size fridge etc, and a comfy bed. If you're working during your stay, the wifi was 85 d/l and 47 u/l speed in both our room and on the rooftop terrace - so you won't have any trouble with video calls. It's about a 10 min beachfront walk to the medina, and 15 min walk to the Carrefour supermarket (or 8 dirham each way in a taxi). There is a beer & wine store on the same street, plus cafes, food options, and a convenience store on the same block. The manager lives on site, so if you have any questions or problems, they can be quickly attended to. Staff were all lovely, and rooms are cleaned + fresh towels every day. A great find all round and perfect if you're a nomad or remote worker :)

Super friendly team and spotlessly clean apartments, serviced daily. Best of all is the awesome roof terrace with the most amazing sunsets and sun loungers for the day. Two minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the medina. Highly recommend.

Very friendly, helpful owners. Immaculately clean…rooms cleaned every day & towels changed. Large apartment with sea view. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen & super comfy bed! Good position midway along the bay. Loved the roof terrace with great views to the medina.

Great location. Parking in front of the accommodation. Someone from the staff is always available. The owner is super friendly and always ready to help. A beautiful terrace at the top of the building with a beautiful view of the sea and the old part of the city. Beach towels are also available. Medina nearby - you can walk everything.

The apartment is big, confortable and has a view to the sea! From the small terrace in the bedroom and the window in the living room we could see and hear the sea 100 mts away! Gorgeous! The terrace in the rooftop is also amazing. It has like bar tables watching directly to the beach. Best rooftop in town and it was all for ourselves!
